Front End Operator role at Crown Beverage Division in Calgary, responsible for operating one or more automated machines or equipment for aluminum can production, performing mechanical adjustments, maintenance, repairs, and minor modifications to manufacturing equipment, conducting continuous quality checks, maintaining line flow, adhering to SOPs, and working in a safety-focused, team environment during 12-hour rotating shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of production experience in a manufacturing environment
- Valid forklift license
- Mechanically inclined
- Able to lift up to 50 pounds
- Able to work twelve (12) hour shifts, rotating day and night on a 4 on – 4 off schedule
- Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
- Focus on quality and safety in all aspects of the job
- Ability to manage multiple tasks/projects simultaneously
- Understanding of line continuity
- Ability to follow standard operating procedures
- Team-oriented
- Attention to detail
