Job Summary
Front End Manager at Food City responsible for supervising the front end team including cashiers, courtesy clerks, and fuel associates; enforcing security and cash-handling procedures; maintaining store front cleanliness and appearance; ensuring compliance with company policies and local/state laws on sales of restricted items; promoting loyalty programs; optimizing checkout line flow and customer service; monitoring coupon handling, deposits, banking, and AML/MSB compliance; and coordinating with management to maintain inventory and overall front-end operations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical and Mental demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts
