Front End Manager - Full Time

Exhibit maximum customer relations through friendly and courteous behavior while promoting high morale within the department and store. Maintain working relationships with other department managers to improve storewide sales and provide professional examples for team members to follow. Continually observe the front-end for proper coverage during high volume times, ensuring additional help is available as needed. Assist in ensuring the availability, control, and proper use of front-end supplies within established budgets. Comply with all company policies, programs, and directives, including Nevada County/State laws regarding front 'slot' areas. Ensure timely pick-up, control, accuracy, and security of the cash register and safe, implementing all related security and cash drawer accounting procedures. Follow company policy in opening and closing the store, always communicating information about Ad items, special prices, and coupon deals to the front-end.
