Front End Manager

Job Summary
Supervise and monitor all front end functions, including cashiers, courtesy clerks, fuel associates, and the computer room operator. Enforce security policies for safe and change funds, count safes during shifts, and ensure proper handling of all cash, deposits, and pick-ups. Manage check cashing, tendering procedures, and anti-money laundering compliance while maintaining good housekeeping standards for check stands, store fronts, and parking lots. Coordinate lane pick-ups, answer incoming phone calls, and assist cashiers in unloading shopping carts. Adhere to state and local laws regarding age-restricted products, WIC, and child labor regulations.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to meet standard Physical and Mental demands
- Ability to understand and follow verbal and/or written instructions, perform routine and repetitive tasks and have constant contact/interaction with various levels of individuals on a daily basis
- Ability to attend on-site work during scheduled shifts to adhere to company time and attendance policies
