Job Summary
Front End Manager at Brookshire Grocery Company leads front-end and store-office operations and staff to ensure high engagement and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, training and developing partners; planning and directing work; appraising performance; enforcing policies; monitoring front-end procedures for accuracy and compliance with AML, lottery, and Western Union regulations; ensuring adequate staffing, clean/safe store conditions, and efficient checkout. Requires training front-end staff on policies, procedures, cash handling, tender procedures, scanners, and bagging; evaluating partner performance; conducting performance reviews; reviewing money orders and check cashing for governmental regulations; maintaining daily office audits and bank deposits; staying current on tender policies for checks, credit, debit, coupons, EBT, WIC, AML, etc.; ability to work varied shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays; and willingness to travel for off-site/overnight assignments. Education: Associates Degree in related field and two+ years related experience; HIPAA, AML, AML-related certifications, and other role-specific certifications within LMS program timelines. The role emphasizes leadership, customer service, compliance, training, and a strong understanding of store-office operations in a retail grocery environment.

- 2 weeks to obtain certifications
- Minimum 18 years of age
- 21+ to drive for Company business

- Tobacco/Alcohol certification (TABC/LACT/AATC/ABLE) where applicable
- Manager Food Safety certification

- Ability to obtain required certifications within 2 weeks of starting
- Minimum 18 years of age
- 21 years of age or older to drive for Company business
- Ability to travel to off-site and out-of-town locations with possible overnight stays
