Job Summary
Operate Caterpillar 980/988 series loaders to move, load, and manage aggregate materials while maintaining proper stockpile organization and material blending. Perform pre-shift equipment inspections, minor routine maintenance, and assist with plant operations including material flow and loadout support. Collaborate with plant staff and supervisors to meet daily production goals while adhering to all safety policies and maintaining a clean work environment. Requires minimum one year of experience operating large front-end loaders, valid driver's license, and ability to work flexible hours including weekends and nights. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience operating large front-end loaders (900+ series preferred)
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Valid email address for communication
- Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
- Physically able to work outdoors in varying weather conditions and perform tasks requiring climbing, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs
- Dependable attendance and ability to work flexible hours, including some weekends and occasional nights
- Must be safety-conscious and team-oriented
Desired Qualifications
- Prior aggregate handling experience strongly preferred
