Front End Loader Operator

Front End Loader Operator at Lhoist North America loads the dryer hopper safely and efficiently with crushed stone using a rubber tire front end loader. Responsibilities include maintaining housekeeping and equipment condition in the loader and dryer/plant area, transporting material from storage to the dryer hopper, monitoring for build-up, maintaining fuel and grease levels, completing pre-shift inspections and reporting defects, attending safety meetings, enforcing safety policies, and supporting SQF compliance and environmental/safety initiatives. The role requires problem solving, clear communication, understanding of heavy mobile equipment, and the ability to work varied shifts, overtime, and multiple tasks in a team environment.
