Front END Lead Trainee

Maintain consistent coverage of all Self Checkout activities ensuring accurate sales capture and unparalleled guest service in a safe environment. Direct traffic flow for speedy checkout, open additional options, and assist cashiers with overrides and questions. Create and manage daily schedules, control sheets, and break/lunch plans while monitoring cash control and compliance activities including AML, scale/PIN pad checks, and WIC. Order supplies to fill needs and train Team Members on efficiencies, best practices, and loss prevention tactics. Take ownership of the Front End when the Front-End Leader is not on duty and support with special project assignments.
