Front END Lead Trainee

Maintain consistent coverage of all Self Checkout activities to ensure accurate sales capture and provide safe guest service. Direct traffic flow for speedy checkout, open additional options, and assist cashiers with overrides or questions. Create and manage daily schedules and control sheets to maximize efficiency and program compliance. Take ownership of the Front End when the Front-End Leader is absent, acting as the primary point of contact. Ensure all compliance activities are completed daily, including AML, scale/PIN pad checks, and WIC. Order Front End supplies while managing costs and train Team Members on efficiencies, best practices, and loss prevention tactics. Support the Front End Leader with special project assignments.
