Front End Lead Trainee

Maintain consistent coverage of all Self Checkout activities ensuring accurate sales capture while providing guest service in a safe environment. Direct traffic flow for speedy checkout, open additional checkout options, and assist cashiers with overrides and questions. Create and manage daily schedules, control sheets, and break/lunch plans to maximize efficiency and program compliance. Monitor cash control, order supplies, and take ownership of auxiliary lines of business including gift cards and candy. Act as the point person for the Front End, ensuring daily compliance activities such as AML and scale checks are completed. Train and coach Team Members on efficiencies, best practices, and loss prevention tactics.
