Front End Lead Trainee

Maintain consistent coverage of all Self Checkout activities to ensure accurate sales capture while providing safe guest service. Direct traffic flow for speedy checkout, open additional options, and assist cashiers with overrides or questions. Create and manage daily schedules, control sheets, and break/lunch plans to maximize efficiency and program compliance. Monitor cash control procedures, order supplies, and take ownership of auxiliary lines of business or the Front End when the leader is absent. Act as the point person for the Front End, ensuring daily compliance activities including AML, scale/PIN pad checks, and WIC are completed. Train and coach Team Members on efficiencies, best practices, and loss prevention tactics.
