Front END Lead Trainee

Maintain consistent coverage of all Self Checkout activities to ensure accurate sales capture and provide guest service in a safe environment. Direct traffic flow for speedy checkout, open additional options, and assist cashiers with overrides or questions. Create and manage daily schedules and control sheets to maximize efficiency and program compliance, while monitoring cash control procedures. Take ownership of auxiliary lines of business such as gift cards and candy, and act as the point person for the Front End when the leader is unavailable. Ensure daily compliance activities including AML, scale/PIN pad checks, and WIC are completed. Order supplies to fill needs while managing costs, and train Team Members on efficiencies, best practices, and loss prevention tactics. Support the Front End Leader with special project assignments.
