Job Summary
Oversee the frontline in the absence of the Front End Manager; coach, teach, and develop frontline team members to ensure excellent member service and successful execution of membership programs and front-line operations. Lead through change, drive membership metrics and member experience goals, monitor staffing and compliance with standards, and provide customer service excellence. Responsibilities include supervising cashiers and membership desks, training and evaluating team members, managing POS/transactions, maintaining store standards, and ensuring a safe, inclusive environment while leveraging data and reports to drive performance and member engagement.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience preferred.
- Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred.
- Prior cashier experience preferred.
- Basic math skills required.
