Job Summary
Support the Front End Manager in ensuring a great customer experience, efficient sales transactions, and an organized, clean department. Direct, coach, and train staff while helping customers and supervising operations. Reconcile transactions, maintain safety and hygiene, order supplies, and support store operations in other areas as needed. Utilize POS systems, manage inventory, and resolve staffing or customer complaints proactively. Work 3-4 shifts per week including weekends.
Required Qualifications

- Skilled at and committed to resolving customer concerns
- Direct experience in cash handling
- Knowledge of proper cash handling procedures, including counting, and verifying transaction amounts
- Ability to reconcile transactions
- Demonstrates a professional, collaborative, adaptable, and flexible approach to work
- Strong commitment to supporting the team
- Willing to learn new tasks and open to feedback
- Proven ability to effectively communicate with customers and staff
- Ability to provide information in a respectful and concise way

- Must be at least 18 years old
- Must be available for Saturday and Sunday
- Must be available for 7am - 3pm shifts
- Must be available for 10am - 6pm shifts
- Must be available for 1:30 - 9:30pm shifts
- Must be able to lift containers weighing up to 50 lbs
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fast paced retail setting
- Supervisory experience including staff direction, coaching, feedback, and training
- Multilingual
