Job Summary
Oversees the frontline in the absence of the Front End Manager; coaches, teaches and develops frontline team members to ensure excellent member service; leads efforts to drive membership metrics and member experience through membership programs and front-end operations; ensures frontline staff deliver FAST, FRIENDLY, GOLD-standard service and maintain accurate POS operations, signing, inventory counts, and customer transactions; trains, coaches, and motivates team members on service standards, engagement, and adherence to club policies; collaborates with leadership to execute promotions, promotions, and promotions while maintaining a safe, inclusive environment; monitors performance using membership metrics and data reports, provides feedback, and escalates concerns; ensures proper coverage of cashiers, SCO, and membership desk, and supports additional departments as needed; maintains club standards (GOLD, GAA, cleanliness) and supports a culture of development, ethical decision-making, and teamwork across the frontline.
Required Qualifications
- Prior leadership experience preferred
- Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred
- Prior cashier experience preferred
- Basic math skills required
