Front End Lead (Full Time) oversees the frontline in the absence of the Front End Manager, coaches and develops frontline team members, drives membership metrics and member experience, ensures proper execution of membership programs, monitors staffing and compliance with standards, and delivers excellent customer service to Members while maintaining club operations and POS responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- Leadership experience preferred
- Prior Membership or sales knowledge and experience preferred
- Prior cashier experience preferred
- Basic math skills required
