Front End Lead Full Time

Oversee the front line in the absence of the Front End Manager, coaching and teaching all team members to ensure excellent member service and drive membership metrics. Monitor staffing, delegate work, and maintain compliance with operational standards while executing business expectations within set timeframes. Perform front end responsibilities including scanning merchandise, managing self-checkout lanes, collecting payments, and resolving escalated member service issues. Utilize MyWork to track daily operations and ensure GOLD club standards are met daily. Requires prior leadership, membership, or cashier experience with basic math skills. Full-time role with weekly pay and comprehensive benefits including 401(k) match and employee stock purchase plan. Located in a warehouse club environment with occasional lifting up to 30 pounds.
