Job Summary
Conduct daily front-end operations by managing customer service, processing transactions, and ensuring accurate cash handling and deposits. Oversee department staff through opening and closing procedures, inventory checks, and equipment troubleshooting while maintaining clean retail and dining areas. Handle customer inquiries and complaints, monitor cooler temperatures, and support store events. Perform various cleaning and maintenance duties across the store, parking lot, and facility grounds. Work weekends and outside in elements as needed, adhering to co-op policies and assisting with membership sales.
