Job Summary
Leads front-end operations and coordinates personnel, ensuring customer service excellence and a clean, safe environment. Responsibilities include training staff, assisting in checkout services, maintaining compliance with company regulations, monitoring customer flow, and managing potential shrink. Requires advanced knowledge of cash registers, store operations, and policies related to customer service and sales. Must effectively communicate, lead, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and work flexible hours.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 18 years of age
- High school Diploma or GED required
- Two or more years of related experience
Desired Qualifications
- Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPAA) certification
- Tobacco/Alcohol certification (TABC/LACT/AATC)
- Manager Food Safety certification
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML) certification
Additional Requirements
