Job Summary
Own and maintain Continuous Integration pipelines by monitoring, completing, and fixing daily and nightly CI flows covering Lint, Synthesis, Equivalence Checking, and Simulation. Automate EDA Flows by building robust Python, Tcl, and Shell scripts to integrate Synopsys and Cadence tools into automated build pipelines. Manage Perforce Integration through multi-IP branch strategies, workspace specs, hardware build drops, and release labels/tags. Support Engineering Teams by acting as the primary contact for RTL and verification engineers to debug flow crashes, bottlenecks, and CI failures. Enforce Quality Gates using automated triggers for sanity checks and style enforcement, while optimizing Infrastructure by monitoring LSF compute resources to reduce pipeline runtime.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of hands-on industry experience in ASIC/SoC front-end integration, CAD, or EDA flow automation
- Bachelor's degree or Master's degree or equivalent experience in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Strong hands-on experience managing Perforce (P4 / Helix Core) streams, workspace specs, changelists, and labels within an active hardware build environment
- Demonstrated proficiency in Python, Tcl, and Bash/Shell scripting for flow development and task automation
- Practical experience with front-end ASIC tools (e.g., SpyGlass, Build Compiler, or Xcelium)
- Great interpersonal skills
- Strong diagnostic and fixing skills with the ability to resolve front-end build and flow issues under project deadlines
- Experience writing custom P4 Python scripts or Perforce pre-submit/post-submit triggers to enforce check-in policies automatically
- Hands-on proven experience building automated regression reporting tools, Slack/Teams notifications, or dashboards to track pipeline health and coverage
