Job Summary
Front End Truck Driver with CDL sought to operate front load or ancillary equipment on designated routes in the Toronto area. Responsibilities include opening container enclosures or gates to access cans, rolling 3-4-yard cans into position for dumping, performing daily pre- and post-trip inspections and submitting vehicle condition reports, maintaining a clean work site around truck and containers, interacting courteously with customers, and keeping logs and productivity records. Must be able to safely drive the truck, operate equipment, multi-task, prioritize tasks, and meet safety standards while adhering to company policies.
Required Qualifications
- Possess a valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL)
- Minimum of six (6) months of Front End truck driving experience
- Must be able to meet relevant criteria for safety sensitive functions according to Company standards
- AZ/DZ License
- Front end experience
- Experience in driving in the city
