Job Summary
Seasoned frontend developer to join our product team. Responsibilities include translating UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive interfaces across multiple devices; turning designs into prototypes, creating reusable modules and maintaining code; applying UI development principles to ensure scalable client-side performance; reviewing and optimizing app usage by monitoring key metrics and proactively addressing issues; thriving in a fast-paced environment and delivering efficient design/tech flow.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert or frontend engineer
- Sound knowledge in HTML and CSS
- Familiar with UI layouts, SASS, bootstrap and the CSS GRID system
- Proficient with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular et al
- Experience debugging using popular JavaScript-based tools like Chrome Developer Console
- Passionate to create good design and usability
- A team player with good communication skills
- Knowledge of Ember & Ruby will be a plus
