Job Summary
Develop React applications for an established Irish start-up, leveraging five years of commercial front-end experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Implement TDD practices and build apps using React Native where applicable, while maintaining strong UI/UX familiarity. Prioritize front-end development with some full-stack or back-end knowledge as an advantage, and demonstrate excellent written and oral English communication skills. Candidates must have permission to work in Ireland. A relevant IT degree is desirable if experience is substantial.
Required Qualifications
- 5 years' experience as a Front End Developer or similar role (Full Stack or Web Developer)
- All experience must be commercial
- Excellent knowledge of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
- Confidence with React
- Strong written and oral English communication skills
- You must have permission to work in Ireland
Desired Qualifications
- Experience building apps using React Native is desirable
- Experience in TDD
- Familiarity with UI/UX
- Some full stack/back end experience is an advantage, but you must be primarily a front-end developer
- A relevant degree in the IT field is desirable but not essential if experience is substantial
