Job Summary
Seasoned Front End Developer to join the product team. Translate designs into interactive, responsive web interfaces and prototypes, ensuring scalable client-side performance. Collaborate with design, product management and development teams; implement UI development principles; write reusable modules and maintainable code; monitor key metrics and proactively address issues. Requires 3-5 years of experience, HTML/CSS, SASS, Bootstrap, CSS GRID, and JavaScript frameworks (jQuery, Angular); Ember and Ruby a plus. Remote work is available.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert or frontend engineer
- Sound knowledge in HTML and CSS
- Familiar with UI layouts, SASS, bootstrap and the CSS GRID system
- Proficient with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular et al
- Experience debugging using popular JavaScript-based tools like Chrome Developer Console
- Knowledge of Ember & Ruby will be a plus
- A team player with good communication skills
