Job Summary
Develop responsive web applications for agent desktops, supervisor dashboards, and admin consoles within the CCaaS platform, implementing real-time UI updates for call and chat status using WebSockets. Translate UX/UI designs into pixel-accurate, accessible components and integrate frontend applications with REST/GraphQL APIs and backend telephony services. Collaborate with backend, QA, and product teams in an Agile/Scrum environment to deliver production-grade AI solutions for Gen AI and conversational AI experiences. Debug production issues related to real-time voice and chat interactions while writing clean, reusable, and testable code. Work within a fast-paced consulting environment to optimize client operational efficiency through analysis, implementation, and training.
Required Qualifications
- B. Engg./ B. Tech., M. Engg./ M. Tech. from a premier Technical/ Engineering School
- At least 2 - 5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English
- Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript, HTML5, and CSS3
- Experience with a modern frontend framework: React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js
- Experience with charting/data visualization libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, Recharts)
- Hands-on experience with unit/integration testing (Jest, React Testing Library) and a strong testing mindset
- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP)
- Solid understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web performance optimization
- Experience with vector databases, embeddings, and knowledge base design for retrieval workflows
- Experience with REST API integration, authentication mechanisms, and cloud-based services
- Experience working in SAFE Agile / Agile / Scrum development environments
- Up to 40% travel
Desired Qualifications
- Experience with a modern frontend framework: React.js (preferred), Angular, or Vue.js to build responsive and dynamic web applications including performance optimization and advanced patterns (hooks, memorization, code-splitting)
- Familiarity with state management (Redux, Context API, Zustand, etc.)
- Understanding of RESTful APIs and asynchronous data handling
- Experience with version control (Git)
- Basic understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility
- Good problem-solving and debugging skills
- Designing and prototyping user interfaces with a focus on usability and accessibility, utilizing Figma and HTML5
- Proficiency in software development using Python, JavaScript, Java, or similar programming languages
- Strong experience in REST API integration, authentication mechanisms, and cloud-based services
- Familiarity with CTI (Computer Telephony Integration) concepts and telephony data models
- Knowledge of accessibility standards (WCAG) and experience implementing them in production
- Experience with micro-frontend architecture or monorepo setups (Nx, Turborepo)
- Exposure to performance monitoring/observability tools (Datadog, New Relic, Sentry)
- Working knowledge of WebRTC, SIP, or real-time communication protocols
- Experience with WebSockets, Socket.io, or other real-time/event-driven architectures at scale
- DevOps Engineer certifications, Agile certifications, SAFe or other scaling methodology certifications, Project Management Professional (PMP), Certified Scrum Manager (CSM), or similar PM-related certification
- Demonstrating proficiency in business data analytics and strategic planning
- Utilizing application software for business transformation projects
- Implementing technology solutions in fast-paced environments
- Excelling in communication and active listening with diverse teams
- Adapting to client needs and contributing to project delivery
- Developing technical consultation skills for client support
- Familiarity with LLMOps practices, and cloud-native development
- Cisco UCCE, PCCE, and Webex is a plus
