Job Summary
Seasoned frontend developer to join the product team. Collaborate with design, product management, and development to build responsive, interactive interfaces across devices. Translate UI/UX designs into prototypes, create reusable content modules, and maintain scalable client-side code. Implement UI development principles to ensure the product serves at scale. Monitor usage, diagnose issues, and optimize performance in a fast-paced environment.
Required Qualifications
- 3 to 5 years of relevant work experience as a web developer, UI developer, JavaScript expert or frontend engineer
- Sound knowledge in HTML and CSS
- Familiar with UI layouts, SASS, bootstrap and the CSS GRID system
- Proficient with JavaScript frameworks such as jQuery, Angular et al
- Experience debugging using popular JavaScript-based tools like Chrome Developer Console
- Knowledge of Ember & Ruby will be a plus
- A team player with good communication skills
