Job Summary
Front-End Developer at CapTech collaborating with designers and clients to design, develop, and deliver quality enterprise front-end solutions; implement front-end design patterns and accessibility guidelines; provide technical mentoring and leadership; pursue opportunities to learn new skills with fellow CapTechers; leverage internal training and certification programs; work in a project-based consulting environment to turn designs into implementations; required to have 5+ years in front-end development and experience with modern JavaScript libraries/frameworks (React, Angular, or Vue), mobile hybrid tech (React Native, Flutter), CSS preprocessors (LESS, Sass, Stylus, PostCSS), accessibility (508/WCAG), performance optimization, SEO, CI/CD, containerization, and cloud platforms; must reside in Omaha and be onsite as requested; CapTech offers flexible work arrangements and a comprehensive benefits package.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience focusing on front-end development
- Experience with React, Angular, or Vue
- Familiarity with mobile hybrid technologies like React Native and Flutter
- Ability to create responsive websites
- Familiarity with CSS preprocessors
- Understanding of front-end development best practices
- Knowledge of accessibility development practices (508/WCAG)
- Experience with CI/CD and containerization
- Ability to convert design deliverables into a responsive, cross-browser solution
- Must reside in the Omaha area and be able to work onsite
