Job Summary
Build React-based front ends for Beacon Signal, an internal insights and AI web application that pulls live data from EHR, HRIS, ATS, and CRM systems. Develop interfaces for clinical directors and executives, including KPI dashboards, risk scoring tools, compliance trackers, and AI-generated summary views. Partner with data and AI engineers to construct front ends for pipelines and models, while integrating Node.js services, Cosmos DB APIs, and Entra ID authentication. Create data-dense visual elements like gauges and scorecards to drive response to data triggers. Ship independently from specs using AI-assisted workflows, ensuring all work adheres to HIPAA, regulatory policies, and behavioral health accreditation standards.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelors' degree in Information Technology preferred
- Solid production experience with JavaScript/TypeScript, React, and Node.js
- Git-based workflow experience (GitHub, CI/CD pipelines)
- Must pass criminal background checks, central registry check (in applicable states) and child abuse registry (in applicable states)
- Must complete and pass a drug test, in applicable states
- Must possess a valid Driver's License and have reliable transportation
- Proficient in speaking, reading and writing the English language
- Approved by state, federal and government entities to work within BSLS programs
- Ability to use office equipment, including BSLS information technology systems
- Comfort building data-heavy UIs (tables, charts, dashboards) that are fast and legible
- Experience using AI coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude Code, ChatGPT) as part of your regular development workflow
- Ability to work from a spec and ship independently
- Experience with Azure Static Web Apps, Azure Functions, or Cosmos DB
- Exposure to healthcare, human services, or compliance-heavy industries
- Experience building AI-assisted or AI-summarization features into a product
- Familiarity with Microsoft Entra ID / SSO integration
