FRONT END/DEPT LEADER

Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Front-end department while establishing and maintaining a safe, clean environment that encourages customer returns. Achieve front-end performance goals and best practices by driving the department to reach established sales and profit targets. Monitor all quality assurance standards and execute company core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety across all daily operations.
