Operate cash registers and process sales transactions for customers using various payment methods while maintaining accurate cash control. Greet shoppers entering the store, assist with product inquiries, and ensure all Point of Sale transactions are completed efficiently. Manage checkout lanes by scanning items, applying price codes, and maintaining clean, orderly areas free of personal items. Oversee daily tasks including stocking, rotating, and merchandising products according to department procedures, ensuring price compliance and food safety standards. Monitor customer feedback, address root cause issues, and mentor team members to uphold a safe, productive work environment.
