Job Summary
Leads and develops store teams by teaching, training, and actively listening to associates; drives customer service excellence and operational efficiency through coaching, feedback, and action planning. Responsible for supervising hourly staff, hiring and mentoring, assigning duties, and promoting a culture of belonging and accountability. Manages store performance by monitoring budgets, planning, inventory flow, merchandising, and shrink control, and by implementing process improvements to enhance the customer experience. Ensures compliance with company policies and Open Door Policy, fosters teamwork across levels, and contributes to business initiatives and initiatives aimed at improving profitability and associate development. Provides leadership in change initiatives, communication of business objectives, and development opportunities to build qualified leaders and sustain growth.
Required Qualifications
- 2 years’ of college; OR 1 year’s retail experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience; OR 2 years’ general work experience and 1 year’s supervisory experience.
