Job Summary
Pharmacy Clerk / Pharmacy Cashier at Creative Care Pharmacy in Edmond, OK. Provide friendly, professional customer service in a retail pharmacy setting; greet and assist patients; operate cash register and process sales, returns, and refunds; answer phones and assist with customer inquiries; help customers find OTC medications, vitamins, and supplements; support pharmacy staff by checking prescription status in pharmacy software; stock shelves, maintain inventory, and keep the store clean and organized; assist with merchandising, seasonal displays, and product resets; deliver prescriptions and pharmacy items to local homes or facilities. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Cash register experience (preferred)
- Customer service experience
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lifting up to 20 lbs
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
