FRONT END/ASST DEPT LEADER

Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals while monitoring quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all Front-end functions, duties, and activities to create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service. Establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customer returns. Support daily Front-end operations by executing established best practices, goals, and department standards.
