FRONT END/ASST DEPT LEADER

Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and establish and maintain a safe, clean environment that encourages customers to return. Assist the department manager in reaching sales and profit goals while monitoring all established quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all functions, duties, and activities for the Front-end department, supporting day-to-day operations and the execution of best practices, goals, and department standards.
