Front End Associate

Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers, processing transactions, and maintaining a clean, organized store environment. Cross-trained to support multiple store areas, you’ll promote credit and loyalty programs, follow merchandising procedures, participate in store recovery, and uphold safety and labor standards. You will accurately ring purchases and returns, handle cash, counts change, and assist with merchandise preparation and replenishment while contributing to a positive store culture and being adaptable to changes in direction. This role emphasizes strong customer service, multi-tasking in a retail setting, and collaboration with peers and supervisors to meet store goals.
