Front End Ambassador

Front End Ambassador at Michaels in North Aurora, IL. Responsibilities include delivering friendly customer service, assisting customers in finding products, ensuring fast and friendly checkout with cash handling, participating in truck unloading and merchandise recovery, maintaining store recovery standards, and supporting Omni channel processes such as Buy Online Pickup in Store (BOPIS) and Ship From Store (SFS). Responsibilities also cover inventory/merchandising tasks (stocking, planograms, SISO, AD sets), shrink and safety program adherence, following SOPs, and representing the brand positively. Cross-trained in Custom Framing selling and production, with a focus on customer engagement, rewards program enrollments, VOC survey participation, and collaboration with teammates; flexible to duties as assigned in a public retail environment that operates with extended hours including nights and weekends.
