Job Summary
Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and support the Customer 1st Manager in achieving sales and profit goals. Assist in directing and supervising all functions of the Front-end department, support day-to-day front-end operations, execute front-end best practices and standards, and take full responsibility for store operations in the absence of the Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Customer 1st Manager.
