Create an outstanding customer experience through exceptional service and establish a safe, clean environment encouraging returns. Assist the Customer 1st Manager in reaching sales and profit goals while monitoring quality assurance standards. Direct and supervise all Front-end department functions, duties, and activities, supporting daily operations and executing established best practices. Accept full responsibility for the entire store in the absence of the Store Manager, Co-Manager, and Customer 1st Manager.
