Job Summary
Greet every member and guest with smiles, eye contact, and their names to leave positive first and last impressions. Check in all members and guests to protect membership integrity, then process accurate payments for classes, personal training, massages, and Pro-Shop items. Replenish stock of beverages and health products while promoting sales and up-selling additional services at the point-of-sale. Maintain cleanliness of the club and locker rooms during your shift, attend department-specific meetings, and proactively communicate scheduling changes to your manager. Catch team members doing things right to hand out WAC Bucks, and ensure member safety by owning and immediately resolving any problems. Work a minimum of two shifts per week, covering your assigned time or finding coverage as needed.
