Job Summary
Lead front desk team to ensure efficient operation of check-in/check-out, appointment bookings, and retail sales in a Houston-based med spa. Oversee front office staff, hire/train, set weekly schedules, manage payroll information, monitor inventory, and drive client education and sales to reach goals. Collaborate with leadership on pricing, promotions, social media, and events while ensuring regulatory compliance and exceptional customer service; this role is full-time and may require some Saturdays.
Required Qualifications
- Five years’ experience in supervision of front office operations in a medical practice
- High school diploma or equivalent required; 2 or 4 year degree preferred
- Strong PC skills; Nextech knowledge a plus but not required
- Strong phone and communication skills and customer service oriented
- Ability to hire, train, and supervise front office staff
- Experience with scheduling, check-in/check-out, and inbound sales inquiries
- Knowledge of med spa offerings and aesthetics (injectables, laser treatments, CoolSculpting)
- Ability to collaborate with leadership on pricing, promotions, and events
- Ability to manage inventory and payroll information
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance in a medical setting
