Job Summary
Oversees the daily operations of the Front Desk, including guest check-in/check-out, switchboard handling, and reservations, while supervising front desk staff to ensure high-quality guest care. Develops and enforces standards, trains employees, manages scheduling and inventories to meet budget objectives, participates in interviewing and performance management, and maintains a positive, guest-focused environment across the lodge. Works with other departments to enhance guest stays, handles guest issues per policy, and supports nightly audit processes and revenue duties such as rate quotes and walk-in reservations.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
