Job Summary
Front Desk Supervisor oversees daily Front Desk operations, interviews, hires, and trains new team members, schedules and directs work, conducts performance evaluations, coaches and recognizes staff, handles guest and team member concerns, coordinates with housekeeping for VIP arrivals, greets and registers guests, and manages reservations, payments, and records. Requires weekend/holiday availability and night shifts; HS diploma or GED (or related experience) and eligibility to work in the United States, with background check and drug test. Pay rate is $18.50/hour. Location is Kissimmee, FL, onsite. Demonstrates Westgate’s core values of Passion, Integrity, and Work Ethic in guest and team member interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Must work weekends and holidays, including night shifts (5:30pm-2am or 11pm-7am)
- Must be able to lift up to 15lbs
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
- Strong written and verbal communications skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Education: High school diploma or GED; or 1-3 months of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Required to pass a background check, drug test, and prove eligibility to work in the United States
