Job Summary
Front Desk Supervisor responsible for leading the Front Office team, supervising guest check-in/check-out, coaching Guest Service Agents, handling guest concerns, coordinating with Housekeeping and other departments to optimize operations, and ensuring adherence to Marriott Bonvoy standards. Requires strong leadership, guest-service focus, cash handling awareness, scheduling/training responsibilities, and experience with hotel systems. Must be able to work a flexible schedule and maintain a welcoming lobby environment. High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality experience and supervisory background preferred.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years of Front Office, Guest Services, or hotel operations experience
- Previous supervisory or leadership experience in a hotel Front Office preferred
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent guest service and conflict resolution abilities
- Experience using hotel Property Management Systems (Lightspeed or similar systems preferred)
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
