Job Summary
Front Desk Supervisor responsible for delivering guest-centric service from arrival to departure, overseeing day-to-day front desk operations, supervising colleagues, coordinating with other departments, handling guest inquiries and complaints, personalizing guest experiences, and ensuring accurate billing (cashier and city ledger). The role requires effective communication, leadership of the Front Office team, knowledge of hotel services and safety policies, and adherence to EH&S standards.
