Coordinate shift operations, train Front Desk Associates, administer discipline and performance reviews, and oversee scheduling, payroll, and daily/CRM-related tasks (Arrivals, HHonors, and promotions). Maintain equipment and ensure high standards of guest service, communication, and problem resolution; drive guest satisfaction through proactive staffing, knowledge of promotions, and daily Rooms Control activities.
