Job Summary
Assist the Front Office Manager in managing Front Office operations to achieve guest satisfaction, quality service and compliance with corporate/franchise policies; greet guests warmly, conduct efficient check-in/check-out, input/reserve information in the computer system, balance house accounts, code electronic keys, and handle payments; resolve guest complaints through thorough research and effective solutions; demonstrate strong verbal and written communication, attention to detail, and the ability to guide and instruct guest service agents; contribute to achieving financial goals and promoting brand programs; participate in a team environment and comply with attendance and job-related duties while delivering a high standard of hospitality and guest experience.
Required Qualifications
- One year experience in customer service in hospitality or similar industry.
- Ability to stand, walk and continuously perform behind the front desk.
- Basic mathematical skills and considerable skill in the use of a calculator.
- Ability to access and accurately input information using a moderately complex computer system.
