Job Summary
Front Desk Supervisor to manage the Front Office and Night Audit teams with a focus on guest and associate satisfaction. Responsibilities include interviewing and supervising Front Office staff, handling check-in/check-out and billing, processing reservations and special requests, training and developing associates, ensuring brand standards and policies are followed, monitoring budgets and payroll, analyzing processes for efficiency, maintaining key controls and safety, and addressing service issues to sustain guest satisfaction. Requires a two-year college degree or hospitality experience, strong customer service orientation, leadership ability, and flexibility to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- Two-year college degree or equivalent hospitality experience
- Previous brand experience highly desirable
- Strong leader of people
- Superior interpersonal and customer service skills
- Reliable with the ability to multi-task and work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Intermediate to advanced computer skills
- Familiar with common computer software programs
- Must be willing to work varied hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
