Job Summary
Front Desk Supervisor position at Watermark BR in downtown Baton Rouge. Oversees guest services operations, assists the Guest Services Manager, and ensures courteous, efficient service to guests from pre-arrival to post-stay while supporting room revenue and occupancy goals. Responsibilities include handling reservations information and rate quoting, managing VIP and special guest requests, daily Front Office log and Trace File review, operating the Front Desk computer system, and ensuring timely delivery of messages, packages, and mail. Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and 2-3 years of progressive hotel experience; college coursework helpful; prior supervisory experience preferred; valid driver’s license required.
