Job Summary

The role requires clear communication and professionalism, alongside responsibilities such as balancing daily paperwork, providing training for staff, and being proactive in problem resolution. A high school diploma and relevant experience ranging from one to three years are required, along with a passion for customer service and the ability to work flexibly.
Required Qualifications

Additional Requirements
- Ability to accommodate varying schedules including nights, weekends, and holidays
