Job Summary
Lead the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest service at Concord Hospitality. Responsibilities include checking guests in/out, handling mail/messages, managing reservations and room blocks, answering switchboard calls, maintaining knowledge of staff, rates, amenities, and selling strategies, assisting with yield management and handling guest deposits. Requires strong leadership, excellent communication, multitasking, and the ability to work varied shifts (evenings, weekends, holidays). Focus on ensuring a seamless guest arrival, stay, and departure experience while maintaining brand standards and lobby presentation. Opportunities for advancement to Assistant General Manager. Proactive, responsive, and caring approach to guest interactions is essential.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; hospitality or supervisory experience preferred
